As a Recreation Attendant, reporting to the Recreation Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of The Darling Pool and The Turbines Health Club. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness of both the Health Club and Pool areas, as well as actively identifying opportunities to create memorable experiences for our guests.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections with our local, interstate, and international guests.

A few of your responsibilities: 

  • Create a welcoming environment for all guests at The Turbines Health Club and Darling Pools
  • Prepare and serve beverages, and assist with food service from In Room Dining
  • Provide guests with instructions on exercise equipment when requested
  • Maintain cleanliness of all front and back of house areas
  • Enter the pool and assist individuals when required

What we will be looking for:

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • NSW RSA Card (or interim certificate)
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Confident to make quick decisions
  • Flexibility to work across the pool and health club operational hours

With your unique experience and expertise in customer service and first aid training, you will guarantee that every guest enjoys a safe and memorable experience. Your friendly and approachable attitude will make you the first point of contact for guests as they relax, exercise, or explore our property’s facilities.
